Job Title - Telecommunications Outside Plant Coordinator; Salary Range - Open; Target Location - Slayton, MN
Years Experience - 5
years of experience in the telecommunications design, construction or project management working on a wide range of projects.
Requirements
Performs design work on broadband networks (copper and fiber) and oversees estimates of outside plant costs. Also understands unique design criteria and can utilize the best network design for a given situation.
Coordinate/Communicate with FEC staff including but not limited to the Staking and Mapping Supervisor to ensure project documents such as unit tabulations, permits, progress reports, etc. are accurate and complete and to avoid or eliminate conflicts in schedule due to the changes in various projects.
Maintain project status and keep the project status reporting system (database) current with the actions and changes that take place on assigned projects so the overall organization is able to respond to client requests. This will require onsite visits from time to time.
Prepare high quality contract documents and reports to ensure that the review process and other quality control guidelines are followed and that final reports and presentations are completed per contract obligations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
